Design of extensive renovations/additions to an existing 12,000 sq ft, three-story residence. The residence was originally designed by Ehrick Rossiter, circa 1890. Additionally, several renovations/additions were designed throughout the estate including a new 3,000 sq ft, three-story garage/storage building; renovations to an existing 3,500 sq ft, two-story Carriage House; and several site elements.
