Custom Residential 

Single family, ultra-contemporary residence located in an arboreal, peaceful CT setting.  The new owners wanted to construct a one-of-a-kind pool and adjoining deck to take full advantage of the breathtaking scenery.  Our task was to design the complex structural elements of the deck structure, including inclined “tree” columns and framing members with long cantilevers to make the architect’s vision come true.  Additionally, the owners wished to install a roof garden on the existing garage flat roof, which required the existing roof structure to be reinforced.
