Extensive renovations to a 3,400 s.f. single-family residence along the CT coast, offering breathtaking views of Long Island Sound.  Our design accomplished the owner’s wishes to have wide open floor plans while maximizing the waterfront views.  We were introduced to this job as a special request of the CM due to our reputation for delivering excellent structural design and our ability to work cohesively with all members of the construction team.
