Structural Repair

Emergency stabilization and restoration of historic YMCA building.  Our office was sought by the Y to be the expert they needed to design stabilization for their unique historic building.  We designed permanent stabilization for distressed major building framing including roof and bearing walls.  We also designed the temporary shoring that was critical to execute the repairs.
