New 60,000 headquarters for Pioneer Bank.  Our office designed the building and foundation for Pioneer’s new headquarters which centralized and joined together their disparate groups that were spread across the capital region.  Working closely with the design-builder team, we designed an efficient and economical to building structure that will house this owner for generations to come.
