Whippoorwill Club Maintenance Building

Commercial

New 15,000 turf maintenance building.  Building features tall basement level built into the site topography.  All framing at the lower level is reinforced concrete, including superstructure elements over the high bay doors on the low side of the building.  Upper level includes maintenance and mezzanine areas for club operations.
